We generate every shipping label, so the clock is ours, not the seller's. No carrier scan means the order hasn't shipped — and that's visible to you. Sellers publish delivery estimates per state, and missing them affects where they rank.
Reviews unlock only after a carrier confirms delivery — never before. They come in three stages: shipping speed on arrival, product quality at 21 days, and whether you reordered at 42 days. Sellers can dispute a review, but never delete or edit one.
Two independent streams. We run our own monthly tests — we pick the lab, we send the sample, results post automatically. And customers and sellers can submit their own third-party lab results, which we review and attach to the product listing.
Plenty of researchers send their own samples out for independent analysis. That evidence is valuable, and it shouldn't die in someone's inbox — so we ask for it, and we publish it against the exact product it came from.

We average the purity across every verified test on a listing — but never as a bare number. You always see the range, how many tests it's based on, which labs ran them, and the full date history of when each one was submitted. Results from different batches genuinely vary, and hiding that behind a single confident-looking figure would defeat the point.
Every test is labeled with where it came from: our own monthly testing, the seller, or a verified customer.
A vendor being new to this platform doesn't make them unknown. Most have years of history elsewhere — so when a seller onboards, we search the open web for their company name and any trading names they operate under, and pull in what's publicly available: review platforms, forums, blog write-ups, independent testing databases.
A verified purchase counts for considerably more than an anonymous web review — we know that buyer actually received the product. As real orders accumulate, the verified side takes over the score.
Ratings built on very few reviews are held closer to the middle until there's enough evidence to move them. A single five-star review does not make a five-star seller.
